Our “Al-Hira Public School” constantly monitors what goes on in the classroom, how teachers are instructing the pupils, and the kind of conversations that occur between students and teachers during class time. How do professors explain things? What examples do they use to illustrate particular points? We take considerable effort to make sure that neither the hostel nor our school be the scene of any inappropriate activity.
We closely monitor the behaviour of our school-age pupils. We monitor the vocabulary that pupils select when speaking. We include a variety of children in school assembly events, which helps each student feel more confident and eliminates any reluctance. We raise awareness of students’ personal hygiene and pay close attention to how clean their books, clothes, bodies and things are. Additionally, we reward them with extra points for this, which motivates them to abide by all rules.
Students in the junior division receive particular attention for their basic courses. We firmly think that the foundation can support as much weight as possible once it is solid. Our kids’ foundation grows stronger as a result, and they are able to handle the weight of the knowledge that is placed on them.
Extracurricular activities are another area in which we focus a lot. such as science projects, craft projects, painting competitions, writing contests, quizzes, Bazm recitations, model work, science projects, rhyme lessons, action songs, and plenty more. We get ready for and encourage our kids to take part in district-level general exams such as the maths competition and general knowledge quiz. Additionally, our pupils place in the top three while passing every exam.In order to keep less intelligent students’ confidence intact and help them advance, we also honour less intelligent students for their many activities and attributes in addition to giving them rewards for their academic performance. We always remember that a costume, stage play, dance, or song performance for the children should be planned for the school’s annual occasion, and that it should not encourage any vulgarity.
